Does Tortuga ship rum purchases?

NHRedSoxFan;

I'm with you but unfortunately, Drew is right. I've been to Grand Cayman twice and LOVE the Rum Licquer, always bring a bottle home with me. But you can't get it up in our neck of the woods, sadly. BUT - I'm headed back in March and will be bringing home a couple bottles. I guess your best bet is to try to contact the distributor Drew mentions and see if they will ship. And if they do, PLEASE post to this thread - I've got plenty of people here who'd love to get some.

To clarify, it is legal to ship Tortuga Rum Cakes across state lines. After baking they contain less than 0.5% alcohol.

Shipping of Tortuga Rum - a spirtous liquor - is a much more complicated matter and is governed by an array of laws. Your best bet is to find a distributor who supplies your state or a nearby state and try to buy it in a local liquor store.

Of course you could always consider your diminishing Tortuga Rum supply to be the perfect reason to schedule another trip to the Cayman Islands for a refill. :D
