We went last April. I thought is was worth the trip, it was the only ruins we were going to get to see. Saw a lot of iguanas. The hotter it gets the more you see.

Myself, husband and 13 yr old son.

A lot of walking to see everything.

We went early in the morning, it was hot.

We did not get a guide.

Thank you for your responses. We've been to the mainland ruins. But, this time we'll have three kids, and I think an all day trip is way too long. I still wanted them to get little sense of the history. I think this will be perfect for them.

We were there in Sept. Very HOT!!! We thought it was interesting. It does not have large ruins but has lots of smaller ones. Be aware that there is a lot of walking involved. If we wanted to walk further than we did I am sure we would have seen much more (but it was just too darn hot).
