Excursion Advice for the Tahitian Princess

My husband and I are booked on the Tahitian Princess in April 2005. Please give us advice on the best excursions you went on (with contact information). Also let us know what excursions were not worthwhile. This will be our first trip to the South Pacific, so any advice on the do's and don'ts of booking excursions is much appreciated! ;)
