GEM BA vs BB Rooms?

I was wondering if anyone is aware of the difference between BA and BB Balcony rooms? Is it a size difference?

I always thought the difference was just which deck you were located on. For instance, BA will be a deck above BB. However, if I'm wrong, I hope someone will correct me.

Your right... its just location. Room is the same size. Sailing on a BA on the GEM 3/7/09

Think it also has to do with position on the deck, ie. BA is more mid ship with BB being forward and back.

At least for the Sky, this is incorrect - We booked two BA cabins and they are aft balconies - Nothing better in my opinion. DD
