What games do they have at the casino? Are there any tournaments during a crossing?

There is BlackJack, roulette, and slots. No craps. Don't know about any tournaments they might offer. There was some action each night, but not standing room only. During the days at sea, not many players.

In Nov. 08, transatlantic cruise, there was only one blackjack table opened every night. About the regular 6 players. No craps, and roulette was hardly ever open. This was a 14 day cruise.

Does anyone recall what the table minimums were?

 

We like to gamble...but cruise ships seem to take your money a lot faster than Vegas, so playing the minimums makes the money last the longest! ;)

I'm not into gambling but I did go back and check the Currents from the recent 3-9-09 TA crossing...there were two Texas Hold 'em (no limit) Poker Tournaments held.

It may seem to everybody I'm a full time gambler, but the reason I'm so interested in the subject is because there aren't casinos in Brazil, so it's not very often I have a chance to gamble a little
