Well, West Palm Beach is the mainland so there are no beaches on West Palm. However, The Breakers in Palm Beach is fantastic! The Ritz Carlton (it is actually in Manlapan) and the Boca Raton Resort & Club are also both on the beach and very family friendly.

 

You could not go wrong with any of the three.

 

Less expensive but still on the beach and familiy friendly would be the Hilton Singer Island.
