Video at Chakanaab Park. We were there 3/3/09 and bought the video with us swimming with the dolphins. Watched the video when we got home and they cut me out of it even though the one they showed us had me on it. SO BEWARE!!! You may not get what you think. :mad: $40 down the drain. I sent them an email and have not heard back yet. Very disappointed. Has anyone else have this happen to them?

Yikes, that stinks! I'm sure they have copies and would send you a new one...hopefully they realize good word of mouth is better then bad!

Always watch the DVD again when they hand it to you. They have the players to do it on. Call them and hopefully they still have a copy. Good lUck.

We bought the Dolphinaris video on our Feb 09 excursion. They played it on their DVD player to make sure it was OK before we left. Sorry to hear about your experience. That would be very disappointing.

Just want to let everyone know that I heard back and they found the original tape. They are looking for my particular group. :) I know this took a lot of time on their part to look for this and I truly appreciate the effort. Customer service does exist.

 

This is once in a lift time and can't be replaced. My grandkids will be so excited to see Grandma with the dolphin. They want to do this someday too.

 

The video was $40, we didn't buy the pictures.
