Map and Location or beach clubs/resorts

I have looked on the internet and ordered an actual map of Cozumel and it is hard to tell on them exactly where the places are. We are trying to decide between Paradise Beach or an AI like Mr. Sanchos or Nachi but want to know what is around these places in case we want to wonder. Does anyone know what places are "next door" to these properties on the beach and how far away they are from each other?
