need to know of good internet cafe so wife can do a test a place close to dock not to much noise .

In Old San Juan, all of the "plazas" (or "squares") have free WIFI. For example, Plaza del Armas. So if you have a laptop, you'll be set. Additionally, there is free WIFI along Paseo la Princesa. Just look for the "WIFI" signs on the lamp posts.
