My DH and will be sailing on Majesty of the Seas in August of this year. My questions are these... We know the next cruise we want to book, so while on board, do we choose next cruise option, or just book the exact cruise then? Is there any advantage to next cruise other than a reduced down payment? Will they offer on board credits for booking the exact cruise, or a reduced down payment, or both? Since we know the cruise we want to take, should we just go ahead and book it online, rather than wait until we sail? Thank you all in advance for your thoughts.

You get on board credit for booking while on the ship, whether you select a certain cruise or do a "next cruise". I would go ahead and book the cruise you have already decided upon UNLESS there is a specific cabin or area you want. If that were the case, I would book now!
