Reggae Beach Ocho Rios was great!

We have been looking for a nice beach in Ocho Rios for many years and finally found Reggae Beach! The entrance fee was $5 per person and the chair rental was $5 I believe. They don't have a bunch of chairs but they have at least 10 as we used 3 and saw some other families with a few. The beach is very long and very private. Not many people at all. In fact we were the only guests for about an hour when about 15 other people arrived. There was a small bar that served beer...not sure about food as we arrived after a late breakfast and left about 1:30 to have a late lunch on the ship. The sand was beautiful ..the water gorgeous. You can only swim about 20 feet out as it is roped off past that...I think it must get deep...but if you walk down beach about 100 feet there is a larger area to swim. It was really nice for a beach day!
