DW and I took the Maasdam 10/16, Montreal to Norfolk. Received lots of help from the CC website for Canada and New England. It was a great cruise thanks in part to the information obtained on ports, shopping, etc. We did use a rental to get to Montreal and had no trouble turning in the vehicle just a few blocks from the pier. No problem crossing the border. Hertz seemed to be the only rental car company that does the 'across the border' drop off though. Really enjoyed Quebec even after discovering, the hard way, that the 310 steps leading off the boardwalk area do not get you to the citadel.
