Where to stay in Tampa

My DH and I are sailing out of Tampa on Nov 8-09 and are arriving a couple of days early. Where would be a good hotel to stay in that is centrally located. We would rather not rent a car while we're there.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.:D
