Tabyana to Fosters or Bananarama?

From the pictures and the chatter I can tell that Tabyana isn't too far from other West End beaches but can anyone tell me...

1. how long of a walk it is?

2. can you get a water taxi between Tabyana and the other end?

 

Thinking of doing the Carnival excursion but also checking out the rest of the beach while we are there too.
