If you are going to Grand Cayman, I have done the Rays, Reef and Rum Point (RRR) Tour through Nativeway. It was a great tour and I would highly recommend them. If you are interested, you can google Nativeway. Have a great cruise!:)

In Grand Cayman, its called StingRay City. Make sure that the boat backs up to the Sandbar to unload you. I have heard of some tours that do a "drive-by" which takes all the fun out of it.

 

I am going back this year (actually one week from today) and that is how much I enjoyed it.

We did a fabulous stingray/snorkeling excursion at Gibbs Cay, Grand Turk a couple of years ago. It was an amazing experience.
