Hi, I am freaking out and my pvp is off today. Booked and paid for a cruise a month ago, got tickets and all set to go next week. Just checked bank account and they took 400.00 out last night. I don't know what for. It was my checking account, so of course I had other things clear and caused an overdraft. I do have protection, but they charged me 10.00 for it.

Call your pvps extension and he/she should have 1 or 2 peoples extensions on the voice mail telling you to call them if you need help. Listed through the message and see. Mine always has one, sometimes 2. Or you can call the pvp supervisors but you have to hold for about 30 minutes to get one on the phone most of the time.
