Disembarkation Southampton

Our upcoming Regent cruise ends up in Southampton. We are scheduled to dock at 8:00am. Can anyone tell me about what time we would be able to disembark? I'm trying to set up our driver to Heathrow and I'm not sure what time to schedule our pick-up. We don't want to keep the driver waiting forever!

I've planned to be off at 0930. Southampton is usually quite efficient and because (I'm assuming) you'll have been in Portland the day before there will be no real immigration checks. But if the ship is on time they'll still have to unload all the baggage etc. It could be that you'll be able to get off earlier, but at least this way you both know you won't be hanging around and can have a leisurely breakfast.

I think you will find that if you organise a car and let guest relations know, before the day, what time it is picking you up, they will make sure you are off in time.
