marseilles,genoa,palermo,help please

ok i spent almost one month reading these boards,i am really amazed how knowlegeable and helpful you cruisers are,since this is our first cruise, i need any info i can get,we are taking 7 night cruise in 4th of septembre on msc fantasia,starting from barcelona,marseilles,genoa,naples,palermo,tunis,palma de mallorca,barcelona,u can see i have lot of planning to do.NAPLES has been covered so many times but what about the other ports,especially marseilles and palermo,what can we do there,i have to mention we are a family of 4 and tight budget....please i need all your help,thank u in advance.

We are taking this cruise on May 29th. I have been researching for the last few weeks and think I have a handle on what we would like to do, but any advice would be helpful, especially from folks have have taken this cruise.

 

Right now we are planning to attempt to rent a cab in Palermo and Tunis.
