They are challenging and fun. She is motivating, and the people in the video are all fit, but not skinny minis that make me feel bad. They have one girl show modified moves for someone unable to do the exact moves---a nice touch, I think. I work up a sweat, so I say---they are an excellent tool for fitness! I bought the one I have I think for about $5 a year ago and used it once because I was doing Turbo Jam and the 30 day Shred too. Well I fell of the wagon and now I'm starting again but I don't think I could do the Turbo Jam right away and I lended my Shred video to a friend ( I definitely couldn't do that one:eek:) so the walking video is doable until I get my strength back.
