Equinox cruise, advice needed on suite choice

Hi,

 

I just booked a Celebrity Suite on the august 8 cruise to the norvegian

fjords.

 

On this solstice-class ship is the aft corner on "penthouse deck" a good

choice? Or should I select a midship location?

Aft corners 1663 and 1666 are SKY SUITES and look very comfortable. The Celebrity Suites are located midships. I would think there is a significant price difference.

There is also a big difference between the corner Sky suite and the Celebrity suite. The aft has a lot of sun on the balcony. The sky suite is a very large room but the Celebrity suite has a separate living room and bedroom. The balcony of the Celebrity suite is quite large. Went to see someone in a Celebrity suite and I think it was 1618 and had the angled balcony which was just wonderful.

We will be travelling with our 16 month daughter. Does Celebrity provide

an infant bed (or crib) in the cabin? If so do I have to request it in

advance or once on board?

 

Also you mention an "angled balcony". Does it belong to the celebrity

suite located on the aft corner of the midship bulge? If so did it seem

to you more desirable than a "standard" celebrity suite located after

the bulge? Would the latter have a more limited view forward than the

former?
