I was just on the Explorer, and there were two hot tubs and pool still open at 5:30 am. So I doubt they actually close. The hot tubs and pool in the solarium were close though.

On the Brilliance and Radiance, the Solarium pool (adults 16yrs & older) was open 24 hours.

I just checked my cruise compass, both pools outdoor main pool & Solarium are open 24 hours, with a note of subject to cleaning.

THere is usually at least 1 hot tub and pool open on most ships, however after 10p they rotate closing them to clean.

Like i said most of the time there is at least 1 pool open until at least 4 (Thats the latest i have stayed up)
