Coral Breeze tours - do they ever sell out?

I have a cruise booked for November. I understand that Coral Breezes isn't taking bookings for the snorkelling tours then until July. Is there any worry that they will sell out? Has anyone ever not been able to take a tour with them because they were sold out? We're looking at the snorkelling/stingray swim.
