I called and got an upgrade today because of a price decline. The put our old room back up for purchase, which is a cat 5A (oceanview with portholes) in the cat 4C interior stateroom cat. So you can get this room (U17) for 2 people for $567.30 (price includes tax) for the 5 night wester carribbean cruise out of tampa November 30th. Not a bad price for an ocean view:) i wish they would have let us keep the room and credit us for the diff. but I think they messed up putting it in the 4c cat. and if I called they would probably put it back to the right cat. This way some one can get a great deal on a cruise and we will keep the free upgrade.

They've been changing the 5As to 4B and 4C on nearly all the fantasy-class ships lately. They go pretty quickly so I'm sure yours will disappear soon.

 

Did you get an OV or moved to an inside on Empress (4D)?
