Oil Tops $70! Fuel Surcharges on the Way?

Oil topped the $70 mark today and if you read the fine print, Carnival may now institute fuel surcharges again. Do you believe they will do this or wait until it stays above this level for a few weeks?

Carnival has no plans at the present time to re-institute the fuel surcharge. They can but we don't know when.

In this economy they would be cutting off their nose to spite their face and they know as much.

 

If anything they may try to stop discounting as much, but i dont see the surcharge coming back short of 80-85 dollar range.
