High Hopes High Ropes Excursion

We're looking to do the High Hopes/High Ropes zipline adventure park through Royal Caribbean. Has anyone done this? If so, what time of day was the excursion?

Was going to book it throught the RCI website but stated the tour time was 1:15 pm and lasted for 3 1/2 hours. The ship leaves at 5pm...seems awfully tight to me. Wondering if anyone else had any experience with this.
