Mayan Ruins & Paradise Beach in One Day

We will be visiting Cozumel for the first time in January and would like to visit the Ruins and Paradise Beach - is this possible? Also the cruise does not offer a short ruin excursion - does anyone know of one? Any help appreciated.

for us, we looked at doing the ruins, but it's 7 to 8 hours for the trip and time at the ruins. the drive was the vast bulk of the time per princess.

Karen B is correct. Darn shame too. The Mayan ruins were very interesting but it just takes so long to get there and back. A 30-40 minute ferry ride each way plus the 90+ minute bus ride. And combined with the Xel Ha excursion just made it a longer day. Of the eight+ hours we were gone from the ship only about 70 minutes is spent at Tulum....
