Wind Surfing Suggestions for Aruba?

I will be Aruba on January 15, 2005 aboard the Carnival Desiny and would like to learn wind surfing. Anyone have any suggestions of tour operators for wind surfing? And their prices?

 

The price would have to include equipment and the staff will hopefully be willing to work with beginners.
