On-Board Credits: Best Bang/ Value for the $ ?

As far as the casino, you simply sign for chips at the table. This will come off your account. (one account, no separate account for OBC) You can turn in your winnings (hopefully) for cash when you are done gambling. Host Dan

 

So, then if my initial OBC is $200, and I request $200 worth of chips at the table before I've used the OBC for anything else, I can then immediately walk to the cashier's window without doing any gambling and request the $200 in cash for the chips. This is directly contradictory to what's put in the info on the OBC as not being valid in the casino. Is this really true?? If this is true, I would have never used my OBC for a couple of bland, overpriced bottles of wine on the paid list!
