vikingtraveller Posted June 18, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 18, 2009 Are there fridges/minibars in the outside staterooms of the Rotterdam? My wife has some medications that need to be kept cool.
LADYLAYLA Posted June 18, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 18, 2009 If not, I believe you can ask through Ship Services to have one in the room. Since it is for medical purposes, I do not think there is a charge. If they cannot have one in the room, or if you need the medicine really cool, the medical center can store it for you HTH

BeachFan53 Posted June 18, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 18, 2009 HAL has an Access & Compliance Dept. that handles special medical requests. We contacted them to arrange for a syringe "sharps" container for my husband's diabetic needs. They also confirmed we would have a refrigerator in our stateroom for his meds. Best to handle those things ahead of time. You can call 1-800-547-8493 to ask your questions.

Krazy Kruizers Posted June 18, 2009 #6 Share Posted June 18, 2009 The outside cabins on the Rotterdam do not have mini refrigerators. So you will need to get one ordered before your cruise.
