1.Does Scenic Ruby have Australian or European power points in the cabin ?

2.Are you allowed to bring wine /beer on board from ports.?

3, If anyone has done the Christmas and New Year cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest, just how cold can we expect it to be ?

The Scenic Ruby should have the same 'criteria' as the Emerald & Sapphire ie, there is one 'Australian' power point and the others are 'European'. It has 220v power. Wine, Beer & Soft drinks are free at dinner. Your bags aren't checked on entry so I assume that you can consume your own alcohol in your cabin. I think, however, if you tried to bring it into the bar area you would be challenged. I travelled in April and it got pretty cold for me. I think that you can expect snow at Christmas & New Year = very cold!!
