Fosters West bay

Has anyone ever spent the day at Fosters West Bay. I understand they use the Las Rocas dive facility. Any experience with that? We're also considering Las Palmas Resort for the day. They have snorkeling off the beach and an on-premises dive facility. Anyone ever go there?
