Beach that has volleyball/banana boats?

Thanks so much! I'm assuming that if there are hotels there they have restuarants close by, yes? Do you know how we would get there? Taxi? Bus? Do you know if there is any good snorkeling there as well? (I'm the snorkeler of the group)

Thinking of going to Palm Beach for the afternoon and was wondering if anyone knows the cost of some of the water sports - i.e. waterskiing and parasailing?

And our cruise ship is docking at Oranjestad; is the bus from there to Palm Beach easy to find? Thanks!
