Pride of America dining for balconies

I know that NCL provides another main dining room for balconies and above for breakfast and lunch, (and breakfast and lunch in a specialty restaurant for suites), but I have not heard that this is so for NCLA (pride of America). As a matter of fact, I've even read in some reviews that sometimes the main dining room is not open at all for certain days for breakfast and/or lunch. What gives?

Skyline is the breakfast main dining room and its open every morning for all passengers. That is the only sit down open for breakfast (lazy J for suites).

 

No main dining room for lunch due to the very low amount of passengers on the ship at lunch time (200-300).
