Has any-one been in this cabin or one similar to it on the Carnival Spirit. Main deck 4F cabin 4140. French doors obstructed view. I have selected this cabin so we can have partial view between the lifeboats.;) Would just like any inside info.

We were in that exact cabin about 4 years ago. It is now considered an inside cabin even though it has french doors that open. When the door is open their is a railing to keep you from stepping out to a crew catwalk. The lifeboats are about 15 in front of your view but fortunately 4140 is located sort of between 2 lifboats. There is about 10 feet between the lifeboats so you will have a little view of the water. Their is a couch also in the cabin with adequate space in the cabin IMO.
