Questions about Century Quad Balcony

We are looking at Century for March 2010. It would be my husband and I, and our boys 8 & 6. On the deck plans the CC quad balconies indicate two uppers, but my vacation planner at Celebrity said they are a sofa bed and upper. Does anyone know if it is two uppers, or the sofa bed and one upper? In either case, what is under the upper, and can we get to the balcony after we put the boys to bed?
