snorkel equip rental

I've never seen equipment for rent on the ship, only at the beaches.

If you are concerned about cleanliness, you really should consider buying your own. After 3 or 4 rentals it pays for itself, and you won't have to worry about someone else's cooties.:D

Please don't get me started on the subject of using a snorkel that someone else has been sucking on!!! I don't care how they are cleaned each time (0R NOT for all you know), the thought of it makes me queasy!!! The kits that you can purchase at Costco, for instance, are the mask, snorkel and short fins in a bag of some sort. We purchased those a couple of years ago and have used them on three cruises now. They take up very little space in your suitcase, and the bags came in handy to carry other stuff as well, such as sun block, a book, etc. Just remember, when you spit in your mask to keep it from fogging, you know that only YOUR spit is on it....... think about it!!

Have fun,

Peggy
