We we on Summit and on Cozumel on Dec 8th. Our ship was at International Pier. We rented a compact car with air from Budget at pier for $40. We drove short distance to Dzul-Ha to snorkle. We had our own equipment but they had a booth there if you want to rent some. The entry into water is just to right of palapa bar. The reef was great and saw lots of fish and water was clear with good visibility. There was mod current and we did drift further than thought. We used table to store our things and had a beer when we were done snorlkling. There were lockers available for small fee.

We headed south and around to other side of island. Stopped at EL Mirador for kodak moment, There is a coral bridge you can climb on and enjoy the view. We also stopped at area close to there when we saw some blow holes.

Continued on to Chen Rio for lunch at noon. Had some chips and salsa and seafood platter enough for 4 people for $45. Had lobster, shrimp, grouper fish fillet, french fries, grilled vegetables and guacamole. We ate in tented area when food came because of flies. No electricity on this side of island so bathrooms rustic.Food was good.

Next stop Coconuts beach club sits high up on cliff we were too full for a drink but view was great.

We then turned around and headed to Paradise beach that we had heard so much about. The drive from Coconuts to Paradis beach took about 25 min.

Paradise beach was beautiful and clean. Heard the food was good here too.

We relaxed a couple hours then headed back to turn car in stopped at Pemex to fill car upcost $6 to fill up. Easy island to get around and rodes in good shape. We bought a map online but really could do without it.

Had a wonderful day!
