As far as I know, there are no hotels in Port Canaveral who offer free shuttles to the Orlando airport. It's a 45 minute, 50-mile drive so it would be awfully expensive and inconvenient for hotel operators!

Many people rent a car - it's an easy drive, straight out the toll road - and that gives them the freedom to go out to dinner, do some shopping, go to the beach, etc. One-way rental rates are common.

Here is a link to an excellent thread with all kinds of info on Port Canaveral - hotels, shuttles, taxis, restaurants, etc.

We've stayed at the Radison in Port Canaveral. They cater to a lot of cruise passengers. You must make a reservation for their free shuttle to and from the port! This is a small 'bus' that pulls a trailor with everyone's luggage. If you don't have a reservation then you may have to wait until later in the afternoon to get on the ship. If you are driving they have an area of their big parking lot for cruise passengers to park.
