Tenerife on Independence

We are visiting Tenerife on Independence of the Seas. Can anyone tell me where abouts on the island we dock as we are wanting to meet up with friends. Also where do we dock in Lanzarote? Thanks

The only area where cruise ships dock on Tenerife is at Santa Cruz. It's just a short walk from the inner city area with many shops, restaurants, etc. There is a building at the front of the pier which is the ferry dock -- Fred Olsen and other ferry boats leave from there to the other islands. There are also several car rental agencies in the building. Might be a good meeting place.

 

If you are looking at a map of Tenerife, Santa Cruz is at the upper northeast corner of the island.
