Scooter Rentals in Katakolon?

My partner and I are on a cruise, arriving in Katakolon September 13th. We're think of trying to rent scooters to tour around for the day. Does anyone have a contact to reserve scooters on-line? I've been searching, but not having much luck finding anything.

 

Anyone have any idea the cost for a day's rental?

 

Any special licences needed for 50cc scooter?

 

Can you get helmets, and is there an extra fee?
