Question about Seapass cards

Has anyone ever been with a group and to get the discounts and make sure there are two people listed on a cabin you put names on rooms where they aren't actually staying? What happens when you get your seapass card (rccl) and you need to make sure the right person gets a card for the right room with access to the right seapass account.... And isn't charging to the wrong seapass account because of the room they say they were in when they booked.

Thanks.... Forgot to mention discounts were because two are rccl crown and anchor members and two were not... One member at least has to be listed on the room to be able to receive the discounts... And since I don't think my husband would be please to stay in a room with sis in law, I was hoping we could get it worked out....
