Seattle taxi at pier 91

Sailing on Volendam 09/23/09 from Vancouver. Our first stop is Seattle to pick up more passengers. Since most passengers will be coming to ship around 11:00 am. Wondering if any taxi cabs will be available at pier for in transit passengers around 8:00 am. What to get over to Space Needle area.

There may be (since people like me get there at 0630). If not, you can call one and they will come. Might not be Terminal 91, though, if you are in transit, might be Pier 66.
