One More PG PR Question

For approximately one year the website for PG has not allowed one to look at their account nor to book excursions. This seems a little strange that a viable company can't get this operational. When I call I am told that next month it will be fixed.

What is the issue??

Seems kinda strange doesn't it? I have to wonder just what is

Thanks for the response but what does "available again soon" mean? I have been told this for the past year.
