We are traveling with 14 family members on the Ecstasy in December. We have 5 18 - 23 year olds. What would entertain them the most in Progreso?

There are beaches, with Restaurants, shops and bars. Beyond that, Progresso has ruins within driving distance. My (21 year old) son and his friends are doing a four wheeler excursion with some offroading fun when we go there in a couple of weeks. But to me, there's not much better in the whole world than blue water, white sand and cold beer.

Thanks for the reply. I'm with you on the beach, beer and blue water. I think the teens will be happy with that too, especially since it will bet the 18 year olds first venture to Mexico since turning 18. It will be an interesting trip.

We're going in about 2 weeks. We're going to try the "Horseback Beach Break" in Progreso. I'll let you know when we get back how the 18 year olds like it?
