Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. According to his IG it looks like Kevin Tugwell is currently the Cruise Director on the Grand Princess.
  2. They just recently released South America cruises for 2025/2026. It will probably be about a year if you are looking for 2026/2027 South America cruises.
  3. Did Southern Caribbean from San Juan on the Caribbean Princess in 2008 and 2010. Look forward to booking a cruise when they come available.
  4. https://www.travelgossip.co.uk/product-news/grand-princess-to-homeport-in-san-juan-for-winter-2025-6/ Wonder what Princess will do with the Grand cruises that are currently scheduled for Australia and New Zealand during that time and still show as available as booking on the Princess Cruises website?
  5. The Island is doing three 10-day Caribbean sailings from New York in 2025 (July 4, August 19, August 29) that spend two days in Bermuda.
  6. Princess just completely changed 3 itineraries on the Island Princess in 2025 (July 4th, August 19th, August 29th) which are now 10 day Caribbean cruises from New York with an overnight in Bermuda.
  7. Attached are the itineraries for 2025-2026 for Asia and Japan. They go on sale on March 27th for Elites and March 28th for the general public. Princess Asia Japan 2025-2026.pdf
  8. The Diamond Princess 2025/2026 SE Asia and Japan have not been released yet. Carmen Roig, Vice President of Sales for Princess Cruises is doing a webinar on Thursday on Facebook live for travel advisors (I think this one may also be available to the general public) to give a preview of the 2025/2026 Asia and Japan itineraries. I'm hoping @Coral will also post them when she receives them.
  9. That appears to be the case. According to Jaclyn's IG, she is now currently on the Sun for 8 days as Shopping Host and shooting promotional videos. That role seems like a step down from Cruise Director.
  10. I was on the Island for 14 days this past November. I have seen the negative reviews, but I thoroughly enjoyed my cruise and have no complaints about the ship. I would certainly sail on the Island again.
  11. I submitted my request to Stockperks this afternoon and then received the email this afternoon that my $250 was applied to my booking.
  12. Jaclyn is currently on the Ruby. I’m assuming she is taking over CD duties on the next cruise. According to her IG, she is on the Ruby until the end of March.
  13. Andi Sanders is back as cruise director of the Island Princess today for the beginning of the world cruise.
  14. Looking at the ship deployment it will either be the Sapphire or the Coral doing the 2026 WC from Ft. Lauderdale. I personally think it may be the Sapphire since it is doing the 14 day Circle Caribbean Holiday December cruise ending back in Ft. Lauderdale on January 5, 2026, which is usually around the date the WC begins from Ft. Lauderdale. It's a mystery on what the Coral will be doing. It currently doesn't have anything scheduled after it arrives in Ft. Lauderdale on November 13th. Maybe going into dry dock or maybe South America for the 2025/2026 season. It also could be that it will be doing an extended world cruises itinerary, which visits different ports and is longer than the traditional 111 day world cruise that Princess normally does. I guess we will find out in due time.
