So lazy. DH and I are on an RC cruise right now, I told him yesterday that it shouldn’t be too much to expect that people at least brush/comb their hair before going to the dining room for breakfast. Lots of jammy looking attire too but I see that all over. Gross. Why would you want your slippers and pjs out in public places picking up God knows what? Maybe they change each night before getting into their sheets but doubt it.

I wouldn’t count on any port when booking with Norwegian.

I've never had a problem with sending out clothes that I'd wash on permapress at home. Many people that I've seen using the laundryrooms on the ships would be much better off sending it out...3-4 loads crammed into a washer, all colors and types of clothing, then dried till the clothes look like little rags.

I would say never as the staff works very hard for their money. I would definitely speak to Guest Services if your steward or waiter isn't doing their job. Understand that those tips go to many staff that you don't see who are working to make your cruise enjoyable and safe.

Well, they can do it, that doesn't mean everyone is going to sail with them. It's a shame since I liked NCL but I'm not paying for a "surprise" cruise. I was looking at their Asian and African itineraries last night and then thought nope, can't count on any of these stops, need to book with a more reputable company.
