After sending request form does royal send any e mail as to receiving the request or when the OBC is granted?

How do you request shareholder Inc from royal caribbean. I have not had success emailing.

I always had swollen feet develop during cruises. Since I now mainly drink bottled water I do not have the problem even on a 20 day cruise.
