  1. I need to cancel one of my free specialty dinners and don't see how to do it online. How do i go about canceling it? Thanks.
  2. I haven't cruised Norwegian in years so haven't experienced specialty dining of which I have two on our upcoming cruise. When you have a reservation at a restaurant, how do they know my reservation is free? Also, a couple of restaurants only have tables for four available and it would be just the two of us. What would happen if you booked for four and only two showed up? TIA
  3. Celebration headed back out. Might have been a crew member. Brought back to port in a emergency boat.
  4. Celebration left Miami at 4 today and turned back due to a medical emergency. Almost back to port.
  5. I'm Platinum on Carnival and on our next cruise we are waitlisted for early dining, which we prefer. So does priority reservations mean anything if I want to change the time? How does that work? Thanks.
  6. Is it worth it to stay up until midnight to check in 16 days before sailing or would I still get a decent check in time if I waited until morning - 6-7:00? Thanks.
  7. I was checking prices for our cruise on 1-27-24 on the Mardi Gras and it's not showing up. Does that mean it's sold out? Thanks.
  8. Still couldn't access my booking this morning so I called support. She could see my booking but after a few minutes she came back on and said she couldn't fix the problem. Said to call back tomorrow. Makes me wonder how really messed up IT is if support can't do anything.
  9. Pretty frustrating but hopefully they will get it straighten out sometime. Think I'll give them a call just to doublecheck.
  10. Yep, did that and still comes up "This booking number and last name combination can not be found". Funny that the banner says 131 days to cruising.
  11. I just signed in and the banner shows I cruise in 131 days. When I click it on, it prompts me for a booking number and last name. When I fill that in, it says it can't be found. Is this the glitch or should I be calling? I do have my confirmation number.
  12. Beats me, he said something about point of access and fiddled with my I-pad. Restarted it and it worked. Prior to that, it worked everywhere else, just not in the room or balcony.
