I, too, email the Exec. office. I received an email stating that, while this was a trial, they saw no issues. Clearly, the just don’t care. The new President has made some strange moves..this is one of them.

We were in cabin 10231, December 11, 2022.. Aqua Class IV cabin..same exact cracking noises. They began around 11 p.m., the first night of the cruise. we put our AirPods and white noise on…no help. I reported it to Guest Relations the next morning they sent someone to listen and look. When I spoke with them later in the day,they acknowledged that this was an issue….no surprise. The were quite apologetic and kind..offered us the interior cabin across the hall, as a place to sleep. It was a simple solution, and we had two cabins🤣. The sounds continued throughout the 7 night cruise. Seas were a little rocky at first, but the current was very strong. The only quiet moments were when in port. We met senior officers during our cruise and discussed this with each of them. We were told that they are aware of this, it impacts some cabins, not others, and that the ship builders were aboard, trying to problem solve.
