Getaway-Beverage Tax?

There is no "beverage tax". You are talking about sales tax. Whatever the Florida sales tax is, you will be charged that on any drinks purchased while in port before you sail. Except sometimes the bartenders forget to ring in the tax. If you have 3 drinks before you sail, you might owe a dollar.

Thanks for the clarification. In Canada we are charged a specific tax for alcoholic drinks, which is different from sales tax. Either way taxes are taxes, whatever you call them.
